1. Restaurant Bevir (1 star)
Some of chef Jose Luis Espino ‘s creative, contemporary menus are inspired by 19th-century Spanish realist writer and Las Palmas native Benito Pérez Galdós. This is the case of the menu we have chosen, the Fortunata menu.
The ingredients are first-rate and the textures incredible. We enjoyed the pleasant surprises that peppered our Tabaiba menu experience. The flavors, textures and aromas evoke gustatory memories that we try to recognize throughout the meal. Sometimes successfully, but not always. You have to accept that you’re in the dark and just enjoy the moment.

- Compare prices on our preferred platform: DiscoverCars – one of the best rated sites.

3. Restaurant Muxgo (1 green star)
Celebrity chef Borja Marrero, a local boy, is in the kitchen. We liked his philosophy. For him, his achievements begin on the land of his farm, with the organic produce he grows there. It’s the assurance of a gastronomic, ethical cuisine, based on sustainability and the valorization of the terroir.
