Is Aqualand in Tenerife worth a visit?
Parc Aqualand is well worth a visit if you’re looking for fun and entertainment in good company. It’s home to fun attractions for all ages, including colorful slides. It’s also a great way to cool off in the Tenerife sunshine. Compared to other water parks like Siam Park, waiting times are shorter. At the time of our visit, we were almost alone on the site!

What you can see
An exotic universe

The park resembles a small tropical jungle, with its avenues of palm trees and exotic plants. A volcano sits at the center of the site, surrounded by a lovely river to float along. We loved the lush vegetation!
An aquarium for dolphins

The dolphinarium allows you to observe dolphins up close and even interact with them under the supervision of specialized instructors. Shows take place every day at 3:30pm. However, we do not wish to encourage this type of practice, as it is important to promote animal welfare.
OUR TIPS TO RENT A CAR IN Tenerife
- Compare prices on our preferred platform: DiscoverCars – one of the best rated sites.
- If you’re planning to explore the mountains, don ‘t take the smallest cars. A more powerful engine will be more comfortable.
- But don’t take too big a car either, as some roads are narrow.
- There’s a lot of demand and it’s an island, so book early.

A windmill-shaped slide

In the park, the slides take on astonishing shapes! They guarantee moments of pure fun for adventurers of all ages.
A wave pool

Aqualand is home to a wave pool. Have fun jumping over ripples or floating on your back! It’s the perfect place to cool off between 2 hectic rides. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to take advantage of it.
A gigantic 6-lane ramp

The impressive descent springs from the lush vegetation and ends in a vertiginous multi-lane drop. Screams and laughter guaranteed!
Snake-like slides

The Aqualand park features slides and tunnels that rival each other in their twists and turns. We couldn’t wait to try them out! They offer a thrilling experience for thrill-seekers. These spectacular courses guarantee moments of pure adrenaline!
A swimming pool and slides for children

Some areas of the park are reserved exclusively for children. Your little ones will have fun in pools where the water level is low and the slides not so high!
Fortifications

The park’s decor evokes ancient times. Fortifications dot the site, giving it plenty of character. In the entrance building, we looked out over Aqualand!
