Combining modern comfort with a complete change of scenery, we loved staying at the Hotel Dreams Jardin Tropical in Costa Adeje on the island of Tenerife. Why stay at the Hotel Dreams Jardin Tropical in Tenerife?
This prestigious hotel offers a heavenly setting for your stay. In fact, it’s one of our picks for the best establishments in Costa Adeje. Here are its 3 main assets, in our opinion:
- Location: this luxury resort is located on the seafront, just a few meters from the resort’s lively town center. It is equidistant from Playa de la Pinta and Playa del Bobo, both a 10-minute walk away.

- Swimming pool: the resort boasts a magnificent outdoor swimming pool where you can relax and cool off in peace and quiet. We couldn’t wait to swim there!

- View: from the balcony of our room, we had an unobstructed view of the seafront and the resort as a whole. The tops of the palm trees reached the height of our little terrace!

Is the Hotel Dreams Jardin Tropical Resort & Spa worth it? Our review
Absolutely! In our opinion, the Hotel Dreams Jardin Tropical is worth a visit for several reasons. Situated on the seafront, it offers breathtaking ocean views. Its huge swimming pool is magnificent. It invites you to swim. The resort’s organic architecture and refined decor totally won us over! For us, this isone of the best beachfront hotels in Costa Adeje. We did, however, note a few areas for improvement in terms of service and resort staff.

Decoration and atmosphere
During our stay, we were impressed by the organic architecture of certain parts of the hotel, particularly the La Trattoria restaurant. Here, large, curving columns sank into the pool water.

The refined decor blends perfectly with the tropical plants. The atmosphere is both cocooning and elegant. The lighting effects are particularly well executed throughout the complex. The common areas are pleasant and friendly. How about a drink in the hotel bar?

HAVE FUN IN TENERIFE: activities

The room
The decoration of our room was refined. It seemed inspired by the maritime world, with its natural, blue tones. The atmosphere was cosy, especially after dark and with the lights on. We particularly liked the table positioned opposite the bed, with its thick wooden top and designer legs.

The blue mosaic at the headboard, and the various decorative elements hanging from the wall, added a warm touch to the room. On arrival, we found a kettle, freeze-dried tea and coffee bags, a minibar and a safe in the room, which made our stay all the more comfortable.

Light flooded into the room through the bay window, which opened onto a charming balcony. It offered an exceptional view of the entire hotel complex and waterfront. It was a complete change of scenery!

The bathroom
The bathroom in our room included a shower, where we found hygiene products from the Naturals Remedies cosmetics brand. We were also provided with bathrobes and slippers. We really appreciated the charming little washbasin carved into the rock, and the round wooden mirror hanging on the wall.

The breakfast
Breakfast at the hotel takes the form of an extensive buffet, with a variety of choices to suit all tastes. To give you an idea of what you can expect: pastries, mueslis, cereals, yoghurts, jams, fresh fruit, pancakes, breads, cold meats, cheeses and ready-made meals. We appreciated the variety of sweet and savoury options on offer.

We also noticed a chocolate fountain. We recommend breakfast on the outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy the organic architecture and view of the pool.
