Absolutely! We enjoyed staying in this old mansion in the heart of Las Palmas. The view of the beautiful Santa Ana Cathedral from the rooftop and the elegant decor create an authentic atmosphere. A real plunge into the city’s history. What’s more, its proximity to tourist attractions such as the Museo Canario and Casa de Colon make it an ideal choice for culture and history buffs!
In our opinion, this is one of the best hotels in Las Palmas.
Decoration and atmosphere
From the moment we arrived at the Hotel Cordial Plaza Mayor in Santa Ana, we were captivated by the decor. Designer chandeliers, precious wood flooring and contemporary furnishings create a modern yet historic atmosphere. Wood paneling and patterned wallpaper add a touch of elegance and charm to any room. Just like the thick carpets we enjoyed walking on. An invitation to relax in refined surroundings!
The room
Our room was spacious and elegant. We particularly liked the high ceilings, the patterned wallpaper and the large, wood-panelled window that let in plenty of light. We liked the view of the city. The furniture was modern and comfortable. The room also had a kettle, a coffee machine and two red candies on the bed.

The bathroom
We also found the bathroom pleasant and stylish. Equipped with a curved mirror, attractive light fittings and a modern shower, it was perfectly in keeping with the hotel’s elegant standing. The hygiene products were from the Prija cosmetics brand. What’s more, the water pressure was excellent!
The breakfast
We enjoyed the sweet and savory buffet. It was the perfect way to start our day. Viennese pastries, fresh fruit, cheeses and cold meats, as well as toast and local dishes, will delight breakfast lovers!

The hotel offers a concierge service to meet all your needs and a tour desk to help you organize your activities and trips.
The restoration
We loved the hotel bar, Le Belvédère. It unfurls on the roof terrace and offers a superb view of the city and the cathedral. Enjoy a cocktail at sunset – in our opinion, the best time of day to take in the view!

Hotel Cordial Plaza Mayor de Santa Ana is an old mansion dating from 1915 that has been converted into a boutique hotel. The place has preserved its character of yesteryear and offers holidaymakers an authentic stay. We loved it! The establishment belongs to the Cordial chain, which has other hotels on the island and in Lanzarote.
