OUR TIPS TO RENT A CAR IN Tenerife
- Compare prices on our preferred platform: DiscoverCars – one of the best rated sites.
- If you’re planning to explore the mountains, don ‘t take the smallest cars. A more powerful engine will be more comfortable.
- But don’t take too big a car either, as some roads are narrow.
- There’s a lot of demand and it’s an island, so book early.

Access from the parking lot
From the main parking lots, access to the beach is just a few minutes’ walk. We appreciated the ease of approach, with clearly marked paths leading directly to the different sections of the beach. Tourist infrastructures accompany the route, offering shops and services as soon as you leave the parking areas.

Public transport access
The beach is served by several bus routes linking the resort with the other towns of Tenerife. We found that the bus stops are right next to the beach. The public transport network offers regular connections throughout the day. Find out more here.
