Yes, Siam Park is well worth a visit. This is one of Costa Adeje’s best activities for families and friends! This huge water park offers a variety of attractions for all ages. You’ll enjoy thrills and spills, but also moments of relaxation by the pools. Its Thai-inspired architecture and lush vegetation took us on a journey!

History in brief
Opened in 2008, the water park was designed by German entrepreneur Wolfgang Kiessling. His passion for Thai architecture is reflected in the site’s design, which incorporates exotic elements and lush vegetation. Since its creation, the site has attracted more and more visitors every year. Today, it’s one of the island’s biggest attractions!

OUR TIPS TO RENT A CAR IN Tenerife

- If you’re planning to explore the mountains, don ‘t take the smallest cars. A more powerful engine will be more comfortable.
- But don’t take too big a car either, as some roads are narrow.
- There’s a lot of demand and it’s an island, so book early.
How to get there?
From the center of Costa Adeje, the easiest way to reach the park is by car. Avenida Siam is very well signposted. Just follow the signs. We don’t recommend walking, as you’ll have to cross a fairly dangerous main road. Alternatively, the site offers a free and paying bus service to access the park. Find out more here.

Useful tips: duration, schedules, eating…
Best time to visit
Preferably outside the summer season (July, August) and school vacations. This way, you can avoid peak periods. Nevertheless, the park remains very popular. It attracts many visitors throughout the year. Peak traffic occurs in the late morning and mid-afternoon. We recommend that you get there as soon as it opens, or at the end of the day. If not, opt for a ticket to avoid queues and enjoy your day to the full!
Length of visit and main difficulties
Allow at least half a day, if not a full day, to make the most of this experience!
In our opinion, the site is partially accessible to people with reduced mobility. Swimming pools and toilets are adapted. However, paths can be narrow, sloping or even have steps. The ground is very wet, raised or covered with sand. Attractions can really shake things up and awaken aches and pains. We advise you to contact the park for more precise information.
Advice on how to visit
There is no imposed direction of visit. Let your desires guide you! Go deep into the Thai jungle, where you’ll find a host of attractions along paths lined with exotic plants! We suggest, however, that you avoid more hectic experiences just after lunch.

Visiting with children
Siam Park is an ideal destination for families. Young and old alike will love the site’s attractions, pools, slides and water jets! There are also children’s play areas and small ponds. You might even get the chance to meet the park’s mascot!

Thai architecture and vegetation
The entrance to the park is quite impressive, with 3 high gates and 2 cupola-like towers on either side of the building. After such an introduction, we were very curious to discover the interior of the site!
Character buildings
We were pleasantly surprised by the park’s architecture, which transported us to Thailand for a few hours. The buildings had a lot of character and reflected the aesthetics of this Southeast Asian country. Wandering around the site, we felt totally disoriented, as if we were plunged into the heart of a distant and fascinating culture. The buildings, with their distinctive roofs, and detailed sculptures blend perfectly into this natural setting.
Take a look at the park’s many architectural features! The ubiquitous red stone is enhanced by gold ornamentation depicting enigmatic figures. These evocative silhouettes reminded us of Buddhist monks. Spirituality is deeply rooted in Thai culture. Did you know that Buddhism is the most influential religion in Thailand?
The luxurious jungle
As we wandered through the park’s winding avenues, we discovered an abundance of vegetation, brimming with majestic palms and tropical plants. They evoke the verdant landscapes of Southeast Asia. They took us on a journey to a distant and exotic universe. The attractions blend harmoniously into this green oasis, without distorting it. Settings inspired by Thai culture blend with elegance and subtlety in this natural setting.
The humid heat in the air at Siam Park intensifies the impression of being immersed in a tropical jungle. It also encourages the proliferation of exotic vegetation. Its narrow paths are wet from being trodden by the feet of so many visitors. The damp earth exudes rich, woody aromas. All our senses were stimulated, especially our sense of smell.
Thrills and spills
Aside from exploring the site, it’s time to try out some attractions and experience some thrills! Some of the slides caught our eye with their dizzying heights.
Surprising slides
Thrill-seekers will love hurtling down the slope of the famous Tower of Power! You’ll reach speeds of up to 80km/h. At the end of the trail, you’ll slide under an aquarium full of fish. In addition to this impressive attraction, the site is dotted with numerous slides of all shapes and colors. The Dragon surprised us by taking the form of a giant dragon!
Some slides seem to emerge directly from the park’s lush vegetation. Whether you’re looking for extreme thrills or just want to have some family fun, you’ll have a great time! Each slide offers a new adventure to share. The attractions are designed to suit all ages, ensuring that there’s something for everyone, from the youngest to the most adventurous.
The Mai Thai River
The Mai Thai River offers a relaxing experience in the heart of a lush tropical landscape. Stretching for around 1 kilometer, this river meanders through the park, alternating between calm and faster sections. You’ll enjoy exceptional views of the tropical environment during this pleasant ride on the water. The sounds of nature mingle with the laughter and cheers of visitors. This is one of our favorite Siam Park attractions to experience with family and friends!
The fine sandy beaches
The site is home to 2 beach areas where you’ll love relaxing and soaking up the Tenerife sun! We particularly enjoyed Siam Beach, with its artificial waves.
Siam Beach or the wave pool
One of the park’s star attractions, Siam Beach is a man-made beach that invites you to relax and soak up the sun. Visitors love to spend long hours lounging in the shallow, crystal-clear water, ideal for families. The atmosphere is both relaxing and lively, with areas dedicated to relaxation and zones where children can have fun in complete safety. We really liked the little islands of rocks and plants decorating the pool.
Siam Beach is a huge wave pool. Have fun jumping over the waves or floating on your back! The water is kept at a pleasant temperature of 24°C, ideal for cooling off under the Canary Islands sun. It’s the perfect place to take a break between 2 hectic attractions!
Coco Beach swimming pool
For a more relaxing atmosphere, head for Coco Beach. It is less popular than Siam Beach, as it is smaller. This quiet beach is equipped with comfortable deckchairs and umbrellas, perfect for relaxing in the shade. We found this place particularly serene and conducive to relaxation.

Are there changing rooms and lockers at Siam Park?
Yes, you’ll find free changing rooms on site, as well as lockers for a fee. These facilities allow you to store your belongings safely while you enjoy the park’s attractions. So you can concentrate fully on the fun and adventure that Siam Park has to offer.
Can you see sea lions in Siam Park?
Yes, the park includes a small island and a sea-lion pond. However, we do not wish to encourage this type of practice, as it is important to promote animal welfare and respect their natural habitat.
