We visited the region anonymously, making our own choices and paying our bills in full.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"padding-left:5%\" class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-container box gb-block-container\"><div class=\"gb-container-inside\"><div class=\"gb-container-content\">\n<p class=\"titre_box_manuscrit wp-block-paragraph\">Content<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Charming_hotels_in_Gran_Canaria\"><\/span>Charming hotels in Gran Canaria<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gran Canaria is a very touristy island with many large resort hotels.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Small, charming hotels (less than 30 rooms) are concentrated in the historic center of the capital <a href=\"https:\/\/canarias-lovers.com\/en\/best-things-to-do-las-palmas-gran-canaria-visit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Las Palmas<\/a>. Housed in historic buildings, they offer an elegant journey back in time. But not all have a swimming pool or easy access to a beach.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outside Las Palmas, you&#8217;ll find a few small hotel options along the southern beaches with more modern decor. Located right in the heart of the old town, this historic building left us with some memorable souvenirs. Climb to the roof terrace to enjoy the spectacular morning light over the cathedral and historic district.
