Below, you&#8217;ll find our favorite restaurants, so far, in different categories.  <br\/>That&#8217;s our personal opinion, and there are plenty of other great restaurants out there.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Restaurant_Bevir_1_star_%E2%80%93_Las_Palmas\"><\/span>1. Some of chef <strong>Jose Luis Espino<\/strong> &#8216;s <strong>creative<\/strong>, contemporary <strong>menus<\/strong> are inspired by 19th-century Spanish realist writer and Las Palmas native<strong> Benito P\u00e9rez Gald\u00f3s<\/strong>. Here, 90% of our products are extracted from the land of the <strong>Canaries<\/strong> or the<strong>Atlantic<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>The ingredients are <strong>first-rate<\/strong> and the <strong>textures fascinating<\/strong>. Everything is beautifully presented, organized with attention to detail and refinement. The techniques used are equally surprising. Venezuelan chef <strong>Jennise Ferrari<\/strong> offers fusion cuisine inspired by<strong>South America<\/strong> and<strong>Asia<\/strong>, based on local produce. His dishes are full of <strong>freshness<\/strong> and<strong>exoticism<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>For the sake of <strong>conviviality<\/strong>, dishes can be <strong>shared<\/strong>. The restaurant isn&#8217;t very big, but we loved its <strong>simple, informal<\/strong> atmosphere, under the vaults of the old town. We enjoyed the sunset from our table.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Mediterranean and Canarian flavors<\/strong> take center stage. The menu features mainly fresh fish and seafood, but not exclusively. The dishes, prepared with <strong>top-quality local ingredients<\/strong>, celebrate the culinary richness of the region.
